Albert Riera has criticised the Liverpool board over the way he has been treated at the club and the power manager Rafael Benitez has at Anfield.
The 28-year-old was suspended by Benitez after publicly criticising the Spanish manager and has not played for Liverpool since March.
Speaking to the Daily Mirror, the winger defiantly declared: "I want to leave.
"English clubs are run differently to Spanish clubs. In England you have a manager at the club and the board of the club has done nothing for me. The club has not fought for me.
"I do not want to quarrel, but if a club doesn't fight for you, that means they don't want you. I do not want to be in a place where I am not wanted."
