Valencia are very much interested in signing Albert Riera from Greece. The La Liga side's sporting director Braulio Vazquez is said to have put the Everton man at the top of his transfer wish list, and with Everton far from certain to be playing European football next season, the director is hoping the carrot of Champions League football may help tempt Arteta.
As well as Arteta, Valencia are also interested in former Liverpool man Albert Riera, whose has caught the eye since his move to Olympiakos.
